Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. Packs that have been opened and used cannot be returned. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to return an item
Before sending anything back, email us at info@foggsupplies.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and give you our returns address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return postage
If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you pay the cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

If we've made a mistake, for example the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return postage and send you a prepaid returns label.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges you paid.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. Original delivery charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Exchanges
The quickest way to swap a size is to return the original item and place a new order for the size you need.

For returns on trade or wholesale orders, please email us before sending anything back so we can arrange the best option.
